Common questions

How do I install the extension?

Download from the Chrome Web Store or Microsoft Edge Add-ons. Click "Add to browser", then open Settings to connect your WHMCS instance with API credentials.

Is my data safe?

Your credentials are stored locally on your device only. The extension makes zero external requests except to your own WHMCS instances and our license server. No analytics, no tracking, no third-party code. Read our privacy policy.

What WHMCS versions are supported?

Any WHMCS installation with API access enabled. The extension uses the standard WHMCS API (GetTickets, AddTicketReply, etc.) which has been stable across versions.

Can I connect multiple WHMCS instances?

Yes, unlimited. Each instance gets its own colour for easy identification. View them grouped by instance or in a unified list.

What happens when my Pro license expires?

You drop back to the free tier. You can still view all your tickets, invoices, and orders. You just can't reply, create, or use bulk actions until you renew. No data is lost.

Can multiple team members use it?

Each team member needs their own license. They configure their own admin username in Settings, so replies are correctly attributed. Each person's identity is stored per-device and never shared.
